1. General provisions
1. This privacy policy regulates the basic principles and procedures for the collection, processing and storage of personal data of MB Mindaugo projektai electronic stores intimatehome.lt (hereinafter – MB Mindaugo projektai and MB Mindaugo projektai client (hereinafter – you, your).

7.2. to issue financial documents (e.g. invoices);
7.3. to resolve problems with the provision or delivery of goods;
7.4. to fulfil other contractual obligations;
7.5. for direct marketing purposes.

Transmission of information or claims
13. You have the right to:
13.1. to request the rectification or destruction of your personal data or to suspend, with the exception of storage, the processing of your personal data where the processing of your personal data is not in accordance with the provisions of this and other laws;
13.2. to object to the processing of your personal data.
14. MB Mindaugo projektai, having received your request regarding the processing of your personal data, will provide you with a response within 30 calendar days from the date of your request. Only requests concerning the processing of personal data that are submitted in writing (by e-mail to info@intimatehome.lt) will be considered.
Changes to the Privacy Policy
15. The provisions of the Privacy Policy shall be reviewed and updated in the event of changes in the legislation governing the processing of personal data and the use of information and communication technologies.
Amendments or changes to the Privacy Policy shall come into force from the date of their publication, i.e. from the day they are posted on intimatehome.lt
